Lieutenant Lewis was a male Human Starfleet officer who lived during the mid-23rd century. He served in the operations division aboard the USS Enterprise under Captain James T. Kirk, during a historic five-year mission that the Enterprise was undertaking. In 2266, Lewis, while served in the sciences division, was present at the wedding of Robert Tomlinson and Angela Martine, which was interrupted by Romulan sightings near the Neutral Zone. (TOS: "Balance of Terror" ) From 2267 and 2268, Lewis served primarily as one of the ship's security officers.
