Harri "Rovis" Rovanperä (born April 8, 1966) is a Finnish rally driver who competed in the World Rally Championship from 1993 to 2006. He drove for SEAT, Peugeot, Mitsubishi and Red Bull Škoda Team. Rovanperä was known as a gravel specialist. He won the 2001 Rally Sweden, the first and only win in his 111 WRC starts. Later that year, he would go on to win the Race of Champions, held in Gran Canaria. He had a total of 15 WRC podiums, the first at the 1999 Rally GB.
