Bulgio is an extremely wealthy man who lives in a mansion on an island near L'Arca. He also owns two other mansions: one in Grondal and another in El Ciclo. He bought the sizzling stone from Pike, the hero's uncle. He eventually decides to lend the sizzling stone to the party in exchange for them to travel with him to the place where they need to use it. They lead him to the tallest tower, where the sizzling stone is required to open the door. He also witnesses Sir Mervyn's reawakening at the top of the tower.
