The Jade Auctions were held at the Yasuki Auction House in Clear Water Village. The small building used to be a teahouse, and located just off the large square in the centre of the Merchant District. The Auctions were held for rarer artworks, artifacts and other valuable items, but the only recognized currency was jade. The Crab, fearful of depleted stocks, held such auctions as a secondary source of jade for the fight against the Shadowlands.
