The Caretaker's Spade is a weapon in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt added by the Hearts of Stone expansion. This spade is used by the monstrosity known as the Caretaker. Upon landing a successful attack on an enemy, this weapon heals Geralt for 10% of the damage inflicted by the attack. Flashes of green energy accompany strikes with this weapon.
