The user converts their chakra into a special magnetic field around their body which captures anything metallic that gets close enough to it and orbits the caught items around the user. Even projectile weapons such as kunai or shuriken will get caught in the magnetic field unless they are thrown with enough force behind them (a feat that is impossible without enhanced strength). The metallic items caught in the magnetic field can then be used as part of another technique.
