The Delivery Man dropped off a load of stock at Gamma Garments in Rosamund Street from the Gaunt Street branch in 1963. While in the shop, he told Doreen Lostock about the awful managers at the various Gamma branches, including Archer from Redmond Street and Neil Crossley from his own branch, remarking that he wouldn't give tuppence for the pair of them. Later that day, Crossley was appointed manager of the Rosamund Street branch.
