Randy went to high school with Sharon Kellerman and Kelly Garrett. He and Sharon were engaged until she met Scott Miller. Randy fought in Vietnam. He had a hard time when he returned to North America. He was a skilled photographer, and agreed to take pictures at Sharon's wedding even though he was still in love with her.
