[Source] The Javin Oversector, also known as Sector 19, was the theater of operations for the Galactic Republic's 19th Sector Army during the Clone Wars. It was under the command of Moff Sulamar, who led its Sector Army from the oversector's headquarters on the planet Javin. After the Declaration of a New Order, it was reorganized in an Imperial Priority Sector.
