Louisianne refers to a former French territory originally covering the entire Mississippi River Basin. It was conquered by Japan during the War of the Spanish Succession, who subsequently lost it during the First Global War. At that point, it was divided between Britain and France. The French portion continued to be named Louisianne, while the British portion was divided into two territories, Godaiko in the north and Tenashi in the south.
