Rosabel is a clinic patient in the Season 5 episode Simple Explanation. She was portrayed by child actress Taylor Hardick. Rosabel was brought to the clinic by her mother because she was uncoordinated and drowsy. She was in full make-up and dress for a child beauty pageant she was about to appear in. She was seen by Gregory House and after he examined her, he quickly determined she was drunk from the fact her breath smelled like mouthwash. Rosabel said she's "gotta be perfect". He asked Rosabel if she spit the mouthwash out after she used it. Rosabel answered "mommy doesn't". House offered Rosabel his coffee, but asked the mother to pay for it.
