Jeana Vassarr is a entrepreneurial young woman from across the seas who appeared in Frostkeep some time before the Red Star crisis. Since then, she has had a career as an adventurer before settling down in a shop adjacent to the docks in the town. Her origins stem from a small chain of islands across the seas known as the Dragon Archipelago, more specifically the capital island known as X'tean. She has begun a steady trading business with her homeland and Frostkeep, selling and buying products from the 'Keep and her homeland and trading between the two.
