Save My Disney Character III is the third contest in the SMC series run by BrettEagles that started in November 09 and ended on February 13, 2010. For the first time, the field was expanded to over 550 including Live Action characters. In a very controversial final (see "Controversy" below), Fa Mulan defeated Simba with a vote of 21 to 14. It was one of the closest, most debated, and most controversial Top 10s in the history of SMCs, and is surely one for the books.
