343 Guilty Spark (δ), also known as Delta and The Commandant, was a Forerunner monitor duplicate fragmented from the original 343 Guilty Spark and tasked with assisting Ecumene Fleet Command in the coordination of the Forerunner Navy prior to the commissioning of Offensive Bias.
