Bill is Bob's evil twin, and one of Myles' older brothers. Bill's parents are Gerald and Helen. Bill ran away from his parents at the age of six and they never saw him again, until Bob saw Bill attacking a lady in the street, at the time Bob didn't even know he had a twin brother. After Bill had attacked the women in the street Bob managed to trap him and take him to his prison. When Bob had left Bill in his prison he escaped and released all of the other trapped villains. Bill always wants to destroy the world and hates Bob's team.
