The Angalians are the race of those with angel wings and they are a cursed race. The curse came as a result of how the race itself was created and has been greatly diluted through generations and time, but the rumors have grown in inverse proportion, creating an unreasonable prejudice through the general populace. The wings themselves are not always present and instead, seem to emerge in a time of their choosing. Every time they grow out, they sprout nearly instantaneously from just underneath the skin, bone cells replicating and flesh growing so fast as to be incredibly painful.
