Adam Wolfe (better known as Ateball to soccer fans) (born 22 May 1989 in New Haven, Connecticut) is a former English professional footballer. He made 13 appearances as a midfielder in the Premier League for West Ham United. He had great potential and talent as a midfielder, but had his career cut short by an unfortunate car accident. The accident took place on 21 May 2007, and he was forced to retire from professional soccer due to injuries sustained in the crash.
