This powerful amulet can only be obtained by completing The Unbinding of Zaros. When worn, the character appears to be struck by lightning, and your spell book can be swapped at will between the standard spellbook and the Loste Magicks spellbook. In addition, you gain access to Loste Runecrafting. Note that this effect ends when the amulet is removed. Also, the amulet grants no bonuses, and shows up as "Loste magicks amulet" in your inventory.
