They can be bought for 600 gil in Rabanastre's Lowtown, Eruyt Village and Mt Bur-Omisace, and found in a treasure in Giza Plains (Tracks of the Beast), Ozmone Plain (Haulo Greens) and Golmore Jungle (Paths of Chained Light). They can also be stolen from Judge Ghis (3%) or obtained as a reward for the "Little Love on the Big Plains" hunt (Cluckatrice).
