Draca is a Seneschal in the Keep in all Realms. She is described as a stern looking woman with features that don't look completely human. She has a tendency to prolong the s-sound while speaking, which gives an impression of reptiles. In truth Draca is originally the Queen of Dragons who gifted the Blood with their Jewels when the time of Dragons was over. Then she took a human form to perceive how the Blood used their gift. Her mate was Lorn, the Prince of Dragons, who still resides beneath the Keep.
