Images are not made up of HTML. They are made up of some type of binary encoding, depending on the file format. In case you were wondering how to see the HTML for displaying an image, you can do that many ways. You could right click on an image and view it alone, copy its URL and do a Ctrl+F for it in the page source, found with View > Page source or of the like on most browsers. You could also do a Ctrl+F for surrounding text.
