Rokas was a female individual serving in Starfleet in the 24th century. By the 2380s, Rokas held the rank of captain and served as commanding officer of the USS Cutlass. In 2381, Rokas and her crew worked with Benjamin Sisko and Elias Vaughn in the defense of the planet Alonis from the Borg during the invasion of the Federation. Rokas was killed when the Cutlass was destroyed by the Borg during the battle.
