Axel Shooter (アクセルシューター Akuseru Shūtā) is a [[:Special:Ask/-5B-5BCategory:Spells-5D-5D-20-5B-5Bspell-20category::-5D-5D-20-5B-5Bspell-20type::-5D-5D|shooting spell]] cast by Nanoha Takamachi after Raising Heart Exelion is upgraded with a cartridge system in A's. Essentially, it is a powered up version of Divine Shooter that is able to make faster turns and be controlled more precisely despite no visual change at all. Its only demerit is that the caster cannot cast nor control the spell when moving.
