Sleipnir O'Hara is the daughter of the ruler of Little Ireland, a Continental enclave of (apparently) Gaels. She is not a Spark [1], but she is a "hostage" against her father's good behavior under the Pax Wulfenbachia. Sleipnir and Gilgamesh Wulfenbach had been good friends (not romantically) before he left for university in Paris.
