Advisor Moppet is a turtle and the royal advisor of the king and prince along with Advisor Gromit, in Sunny Beach in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!. He asked Spyro to rescue all the baby turtles from the crazy Master Chef who wanted to make them into soup for himself and his dinner guests.
