Phineas Flynn has always dreamed of becoming a famous inventor, but his inventions always had an unseen downside. But when the city of Danville goes through famine, he invents a machine that can make food out of water, and accidentally makes food fall from the sky. Soon the food from the machine starts mutating and forces Phineas and his friends to stop the machine.
