Smurfroot is a type of root used by the Smurfs in the cartoon show for brewing tea. In "S-Shivering S-Smurfs", Tracker is sent to get more smurfroot during a deep snowstorm when the Smurfs had failed to bring in an adequate supply of it during their preparations. In the 2011 Smurfs movie, smurfroot is used as a healing substance, which Clumsy went out to find when he visited Papa Smurf's laboratory and saw that he was out of it. However, Gargamel found Clumsy in the forest while he was collecting the smurfroot and chased him to the barrier that cloaked the Smurf Village from outsiders.
