Energy Bolts are thin and short bolts of magical blue energy that resemble a cross between Energy Balls and Light Darts. The only known user of this ability was the demon Black Heart, who used it to combat Billie Jenkins. Little else is known about this power and its capabilities, as Billie was able to dodge all her attacks.
