In Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, the Sankara Stones are five stones that are being acquired from mining underground, three already found. The Thuggee attempt to acquire all of them for world domination, Mola Ram leading them. After Indiana Jones fights with Mola Ram on the bridge, he manages to return one stone to the village to replace the stolen one earlier.
