Jaik Havel was a soldier of the Necasian Military during the Cruentusian War. Havel reluctantly volunteered for the army shortly after the formation of the Necasians, feeling it would be better than being conscripted, and he was considered fairly weak-willed by his superiors, and lacking in patriotic fibor.
