The Box Hill Chess Club is a chess club based in Box Hill, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Founded in 1952, the club experienced significant growth the early 2000s as a result of its emphasis on the promotion of junior players. As of 2006, it is Australia's largest chess club in terms of membership. The club is affiliated with Victoria's governing body for chess, Chess Victoria.
