Ralph Davison was a cab driver employed by Street Cars. Just after Christmas 2014 most of the staff weren't paid as the bank account was overdrawn and Eileen Grimshaw and Andrea Beckett discovered that Steve McDonald, suffering from clinical depression, had emptied it to pay for his classic car and a seasonal blow-out. Ralph was belligerent with Eileen, stating he was brassic and threatening to move to Levenshulme Limos who had head-hunted him. Eileen also had not been paid and was in no mood for Ralph's temper, telling him to take it out on Steve.
