During the Christmas celebrations of 1997, Poultry was keen to get everything just right for his Zone's first Christmas since the defeat of Doctor Robotnik. Unfortunately, a string of failures (carol singers with laryngitis, a tree with woodworm and limp crackers) caused Poultry to snap, sending him on an insane mission to cancel Christmas with the help of a mecha. Poultry went on a rampage, ruining Christmas cards and decapitating a snowman. Fortunately, Tails was in the area to remind Poultry of how the other citizens preferred to celebrate Christmas - with each other.
