Delsin thrusts his hand forwards which glows with neon light. If an enemy is in range, Delsin will place two targets on them, one red neon target on the head and a blue neon target on the leg; pressing the attack button will use the red target, firing a fast but narrow red laser at the opponent's head, while pressing the special attack button fires a fast but narrow blue laser at the opponent's leg. The leg target 'cripples' opponents, causing them to fall to the ground similar to Ryu's Focus Attack in Smash 4; the blue laser move increases in speed with each consecutive use of the move. The head target deals more damage initially and is a great kill move with high launch, but deals severely less damage with each consecutive move.
