Closed Mind is the ability to close off the mind and render the user completely unpredictable. Oshitari Yuushi used this technique against Momoshiro in the quarterfinals. This technique is used to prevent opponents from reading the user's moves and thus, Calm Insight is useless against it. When this technique is used it gives off the impression that the user has disappeared.
