The Conquest of Venezuela is the unofficial name of the two military campaigns by Huria and Texas invading the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. It began with Huria's initial invasion of the country, allegedly to replace ruling Hugo Chavez with a pro-Hurian leader and to establish a loyal Hurian ally in the region. Later, after Huria's unexpected and sudden withdrawal, Texas, equally unexpected, continued the invasion to establish a client state in Venezuela, to be known as the Duchy of Venezuela. However unconfirmed, several sources have stated that Texas and Huria are allied in the conflict, and if not, this conflict has brought them closer together in the political sphere.
