Dynamene was a male being who and a well known software security engineer who specialized in the detection of malicious software. He became known as one of the best crackers in the City, and may have been working to break into the Silver Dragon's computer network. During Grace's first mission, where the player had to infiltrate the Silver Dragon gang, the player had to take part in an initiation, which involved killing a certain someone. The player discovered that Dynamene was chosen as the player's kill target, due to him meddling with the Silver dragon's secret system.
