Jigglypuff sings a special song; all opponents on the stage are pulled towards Jigglypuff; those that get close enough to her will fall asleep. Jigglypuff is then able to roam the stage freely while the opponents sleep for the next 15 seconds. Jigglypuff can deal damage to the opponents all she wants, and can even use Rest to K.O. them instantly. After the opponents wake up, their attack power is cut in half for the next 20 seconds.
