Theta-1138 was a space station in the S'Ueto Region. It was built by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars as part of the Theta Project. In late 19 BBY it was struck by a meteor, causing its emergency engines to activate. The crew was unable to stop the station colliding with a nearby planet.
