The Picture Machine is a Penny Arcade machine in Schemer's Arcade that displays film and moving pictures. The Picture Machine is based off the late 19th Century machine the Mutoscope, an early film machine used in public locations, made as a cheaper alternative to the Kinetoscope. The Picture Machine, along with The Anything Tunnel and Mr. Conductor's Magic Bubble served as the show's ways to show music videos filmed in live action while the other two showed animations like the Noveltoons and Comicolor cartoons.
