The 3rd Kinnikuman Nisei anime was entitled Kinnikuman Nisei: Ultimate Muscle 2 and was broadcasted January 4~March 29, 2006, on Wednesdays on TV Tokyo and was produced by Toei Animation. 13 episodes were made. Like Kinnikuman Nisei: Ultimate Muscle, it was made at the request of 4Kids Entertainment and was not well received by Japanese fans.
