"Hiss...yeah yeah I you get the idea" - Rosabella Rosabella, who is now a current Death Reaper, is Daiki's sister. Her attitude distinguishes her from the rest of the Reapers. She is cruel, laughs at pain, and spits at hope. Rosabella also loves to torment those who died by pure accident, especially young children. Despite her attitude, she was never known to intentionally hurt anyone. She is the head of torturing, but she just does her job. Her rash (not to mention pure evil) attitude makes her confident that she is the core of all souls.
