The Hogs Head tavern is a notorious tavern in , known for it's clientele and catering to those of the less than savoury kind. With it's darkened interior and a larger selection of harder liquor than it's counterpart The Three Broomsticks, it is less of a favourite with the Hogwarts students with the exception of those who are brave enough to enter the establishment. The clientele is particular, and it doesn't take much to stand out in the crowd.
