Overton is an area in the suburbs of Greenock, Inverclyde. Originally a council owned estate, some of the houses are now privately owned. Overton offers excellent views across the river clyde and suburban Greenock. However, there are 6 five storey blocks of extremely run down flats. These are known as the Hole Farm flats and are in dire need of regeneration.
