Mr. Manners is a character in Beavis and Butt-head. He is a proper-dressed man who works as an educational speaker and first appeared in "Manners Suck." He made his last appearance in "Candy Sale" as Mr. Candy, not counting a flashback in "Beavis and Butt-head Are Dead".
