Carlos Serrano is a former NASCAR driver from Tuscon, AZ. He competed in six Craftsman Truck Series events in his career. Serrano's debut came in 1995, when he competed at ORP. Starting 18th in the field of thirty-four, Serrano fell victim to an early transmission issue and finished 30th. He was able to improve somewhat at Mesa Marin, finishing 19th before sliding back to 31st at Phoenix to end the year.
