After the First crisis of the UKSR and the dissolution of the WPT, in Trigunia, it became necessary to create a new opposition party. Therefore, immediately after these events began to form small political movement. In 12 March 3291 passed the last Congress of the WPT, in which it was decided to unite these political movements. 17 March 3291 year, was founded and incorporated the Green Pirate Party.
