Rikard Biel is the captain and co-owner of the Midnight Run, a Corellian Marauder Corvette. His co-pilot is Traiger Poach. He is an ally of the Eden Alliance, and resides on Cecil's Moon. He is close personal friends of several Jedi, including Cameo Naton, and Cecil Tellyn. He was a regular character in Space Patrol from the beginning of the thread.
