The Itchy & Scratchy Billboard is a premium Level 5 decoration that was released in the Level 42 update on June 18, 2014. After the Level 43 Content Update on 23 July 2014 it became available for purchase in Krustyland and could be moved to Krustyland via storing it in Inventory. During the Black Friday 2015 Promotion the player got a refund (rebate) of 8 donuts when purchased.
