Old Johannsen was an elderly man who worked for Path-E-Tech Management. The Pointy-Haired Boss stated that he kept his job because no one else had his critical knowledge. However, shortly before he died, he gave all of his knowledge to Wally, which the PHB referred to as a "worst-case scenario". He appeared in theDecember 2nd, 2010 strip.
